Combination - High rate of wear
On certain types of floor, the CS06 segment may wear slightly faster. To prevent this we recommend a combination of CA 1 and CS 06.
Full set of double segments
When working on a floor that subjects the tools to a lot of wear, you can fit a full set of double segments, i.e. six tools on each disk. The grinding pressure is distributed over more diamonds and wear is reduced.
Half set of double segments
Standard for most types of grinding. The segments are subjected to high pressure, which gives a good removal capacity. The life of the segments is slightly shorter than with a full set.
Full set of single segments
When you use the MBG-series, this arrangement may be used when working on an abrasive floor. The machine also runs more smoothly with a full set of segments.
Half set of single segments
Standard fitting of the MBG-series. The segments must be subjected to high pressure in order to make use of their capacity, but they wear faster.
