Separators
After more than 10 years of experience of dry grinding we recommend our own dust separators for use with our grinders. Our machines produce large amounts of dust. When grinding concrete our machines can produce as much as 1 ton / hour of concrete dust or other residue. We have a broad range of dust separators and accessories to make work easier and more ergonomic and most important of all, non hazardous. The dust separators separate 99.996% at a particle size of 0,3 micron. This means that they meet the requirements for asbestos handling.
When dry grinding is not an option you can use HTC machines with water. When mixing dust with water, large amount of slurry is produced. This needs to be removed from the working area. HTC recommends HTC 21 W wet vac with a integrated transport pump that pumps the slurry directly to wanted destination, in most cases a sand filled container.
