A favourable way of financing

HTC offers customers in Sweden a very favorable leasing financing arrangement. Leasing gives you a number of advantages, especially if your business is growing and capital is vital to support the expansion. Some of the reasons to lease your equipment are:

  • Capital is not tied in equipment and can instead be used in business development.
  • The monthly cost is known, why it is easy to compare it to potential increase in sales.
  • You can buy this equipment without having a very high value initial order signed.
  • The monthly cost is low due to a competitive interest rate and possible to adapt with different leasing periods and residual value, to your foreseen new sales.
  • The leasing fee is regarded as a cost from taxation point of view. With a short leasing period this gives the opportunity to reduce tax, compared with what is allowed in yearly depreciation for inventory.
Facts

The leasing period can vary from 24 to 60 month and the residual value can be adopted. A low value is advisably, to ensure that the market value of the equipment is substantially higher than the residual value, at the end of the leasing period.
