The HTC 420 method allows you to remove all the old covering in a short space of time, without damaging the underlying floor. Traditional methods are highly unsatisfactory from a financial and ecological viewpoint. The most common has been to use filler on the floor to ”hide” the adhesive that it has not been possible to remove, a method that is both expensive and time consuming. The filler is pricey and drying and regrinding takes time. For example, it can take a couple of days to prep 100 square meters of floor. In addition to the filler, a barrier coat is often applied to prevent the adhesive colouring the new covering. In a matter of hours you easily remove all residues with our high-performance diamond tools and produce a flat, bare concrete surface that is ready for the new covering. No material is to tough, epoxy, self levelling screed and acrylic floors are now easy to remove.
The HTC 420 is a truly multifunctional machine for all flooring contractors, based on HTC’s renowned, well-tried grinding system. It is very easy to use, without sacrificing performance. The machine can be collapsed easily for loading into the back of an estate car or van, or simply to carry it up or down stairs.
