A small daughter is born
Our completely new daughter company HTC GmbH is established in Hahn close to Frankfurt in Germany.
The purpose with the company is the wish to be placed locally at the German market. The German market as well as all other markets is extremely important for HTC.
HTC will keep on to the concept with exclusive distributors. The reason for HTC to start up HTC GmbH is the wish and need to focus at sales and marketing in Germany. To be able to deal with the fast growing needs from Germany will our important distributors Seelbach and Overmat keep up with their work in Germany as before. HTC, Seelbach and Overmat will also establish new ways to develop the co-operation and practicalities.
