Mist Cooler System – a detail that makes a difference
Patented Mist Cooler System increases the grinding efficiency and the cutting rate increases up to 100%.
The unique system consists among other details of a pump and a nozzle. The nozzle sprays a superfine mist of water at the concrete surface. This chills the diamond tools and it’s easier to grind hard concrete and avoiding “glazing”.

Another advantage is that the normal dust extractor can be used as the small amount of water (moist) does not influence the function of the dust extractor. The small amount of moist at the top layer of the concrete dries up before the dust gets into the “vac”.
Compatible machines
HTC 650 HDX and HTC 800 HDX models can be upgraded to the system but it has to be installed by us at HTC. The HTC 950 RX can be equipped with Mist Cooler System as from orders today.
