Växtkraft Mål 3
During the autumn 2005, HTC has implemented a corporate/activity analysis report with the aid of the European social funds program in Sweden, Växtkraft Mål 3. The greater part of this process has been carried out by two our employees, which have dedicated a significant amount of time to this report. All employees at HTC have participated with this report, which has resulted in an action plan. This action plan will be the foundation for the continuing task of developing HTC’s position as the market leader of professional floor grinding machines. During 2006 HTC will take the next step on the agenda, which is competence development for the employees. Areas of priority are IT, sales and leadership.
