World of Concrete (WoC) in Las Vegas, USA, is one of the most important exhibitions to us. Therefore, it isn’t hard to understand why our massive product launch of the new grinders, tool series and separators will take place at that fair. Prototype of an industrialized grinding system
HTC 2500 iX will in all probability be the machine that attracts most attention in our exhibition case. It is a prototype of a ride-on machine, with grinding, dust separation and power supply in the same unit. The machine is constructed out of three grinding heads of the same type used for HTC 950. This gives a grinding width of 2.5 whole meters. HTC 2500 iX is a powerful machine with high capacity, tailored for industrialized production of large floor surfaces.
Complete update of the floor grinding program
Our program of grinders has undergone a total transformation during 2004. The complete program of updated grinders, plus a new machine, HTC 400, will have their premiere at WoC. The new machine, HTC 400, is tailored for floor prep and coarse grinding. The updates on the other machines has on one hand lead to increased capacity and performance, but also to a more uniform product program. The machines will be launched during the first half of 2005. Jetpuls increases the efficiency
HTC 13D is the new separator, powerful and robust, tailored for wood sanding. The machine is equipped with a self-discharging cyclone and has a high filtration value. HTC 30D and HTC 55D/75D has been provided with a new filtration system; Jetpuls. The system automatically cleanses the roughing filter. Frequent use retains the capacity during a longer period of time, which leads to increased efficiency and better result.
New tool series makes it easier for the user
The WoC visitors will be the first-night audience for the new tool series; the SF series (completely new) and the CA series (updated). The new series is the result of a long period of development and evaluation. The basic idea has been to make it easier for the user to choose the right tool, by using the same color and number for the same grinding step, whatever series used. The segment has been given a new design, making all copies passé.
