30 new hands at HTC
Product manager and production manager employed
Since last year about 30 people has been employed by HTC, and during the last month a product manager and a production manager have been appointed. These are two completely new positions at HTC. Kåre Kilgren is appointed as product manager and Tobias Lindén as production manager.
During 2004 about 30 people was newly employed at HTC, and today HTC employs totally 62 people. The last year’s growth has made the need for a somewhat changed organisation obvious. That is why two new positions have been introduced at HTC. Kåre Kilgren, former salesman at HTC with responsibility for the rental business, is now product manager and Tobias Lindén is hired as production manager.
Product manager with the right experience
- Kåre has a genuine background that makes him suitable for the job as product manager, says Sten Jeansson, MD at HTC.
- Kåre Kilgren has earlier worked as a product manager at Olssons Diamantverktyg (Olssons Diamond Tools), and thereby he has experience with this type of work. As a product manager, Kåre Kilgren will be responsible for the whole range of HTC’s products.
- There has been a need for a product manager at HTC for a long time, and that makes it very inspiring to get started, says Kåre Kilgren.
November the 1st, 2003, Kåre was hired as a salesman at HTC, and one year later he is product manager.
Production manager with the goal to develop
- It was a matter of course for me to apply to the job as production manger at HTC, says Tobias Lindén. It is always inspiring to work at a company doing well, and HTC is really an exciting company with interesting product development.
- Tobias Lindén entered upon his duties the 1st of December, and not only does he have the right education for this job, he also has the right experience. Earlier he has worked with both logistics, industrial engineering and as a production manager.
- Tobias Lindén has a strong will to develop the production, and he wishes to do so in dialogue with everyone involved. He wishes to make use of everybody’s experience and competence, says Sten Jeansson.
Tobias Lindén will be responsible for the production, including purchase/logistics.
