Enlargement of HTC’s premises
When we moved into our present premises for about two and half years ago, we were certain that 3500 m² was enough. Now we are enlarging our building with 3000 m². The rebuilding is expected to be finished in the spring 2005.
About a week ago we cut the first sod for the new premises. What once was a grassy plain quickly transformed into a construction site with excavators, hewn trees and holes in the ground. It’s hard for the layman to see the final result before his eyes, but for every day that passes something new has happened.
All in all our premises will amount to 6200 m², an enlargement with circa 3000 m². The increasing need for bigger premises depends simply on the fact that HTC has grown like anything the last years. We are in a crying need for a bigger warehouse, more space for service and more offices. The warehouse will be enlarged with 1500 m², service and wash hall gets another 430 m² and there will be another 600 m² for offices. Besides this, 415 m² will be added for upper floor and entresol. Material and colors will be the same as in the existing building.
