American expansion for HTC

By establishing a business unit under its own personal management in the USA, HTC is strengthening its position in the American market. From now on you can find HTC in the USA as well.
HTC has been active in the American market for about 10 years, via two distributors. But, now the time has come for HTC to establish its own business unit in the USA - HTC LLC. The American market is by far the most important export market for HTC. HTC’s goals are to further strengthen its position in the American market, since HTC is now able to fully expose all of its international trademarks in
North America.
John Abrahamson, formerly responsible for the HTC line at one of HTC’s distributors, is managing director for HTC in the USA. HTC LLC has a complete inventory of machines, tools, replacement parts and related products available for immediate delivery. The goal is to give the American market better technical support, and HTC’s hopes and beliefs are that this change will lead to even better service to its customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico. HTC is established in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the staff currently consists of 9 people.

The market for polished concrete is growing rapidly internationally, particularly in the USA. Unfortunately, there are a number of trademarks with varying quality. Therefore, it has been necessary to find a long term solution that guarantees the level of quality for polished concrete in the USA under the trademark HTC Superfloor™.
HTC has evaluated different solutions to guarantee the quality of the HTC line, together with their former distributors. HTC came to the conclusion that the best decision was to establish its own company to service the North American market.
